Let's review our progress from the last 3 months! Start by thinking about the following: Your (7) PROUDEST moments from the last 90 days. Any CHALLENGES you may have faced. Next (5) things you want to IMPROVE to get closer to your goals. Write down (2) things that went very WELL over the last 90 days. Lastly, take note of (3) things you are GRATEFUL for!! This a good exercise to perform at the end of every quarter to make sure you are moving in the right direction towards yo
