a) Schedule vacation time - have a staycation or go somewhere


b) Routinely check-in with loved ones


c) Ask close friends to check-in with you


d) Forgive yourself and take time to process life


e) Refill meds and take vitamins


f) Keep a list of ways to relax, ease your anxiety, and recharge yourself


g) Find a mental health therapist or support group
