Love Yourself Enough...
These last couple of months have been rough mentally, spiritually, and physically!
Starting today, I am going to recommit to my fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle. This process is not going to be easy, but it will be worth it! Living a healthy lifestyle is a form of self-love and making YOURSELF a priority. When you love yourself you care about the food you eat, getting an adequate amount of sleep, and exercise to fuel your body. In order to live a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, you need the right information, motivation, commitment, and support. I am extremely grateful for the support and motivation from my family and friends.
