extreme vs consistent

We are still living in an uncertain world, it is important to protect our mental, physical, and spiritual components. You do not have to be extreme just consistent with your efforts. We all struggle from time to time, but we all must find a personal source of motivation. Sometimes we must be stronger than our excuses.

Occasionally, you must do something new and shake up your current process. Over the past couple of months, I have tried meditation, 5 min journaling, walking, meal planning, a new music playlist, and scheduling my workout. If you slip up one day, just start over with your next meal or next exercise session. Do not let one meal, one day, kill your confidence and the progress you have already made. The only difference between where you are and where you want to be are steps you have not taken yet. Just know you are IMPORTANT and WORTH IT!
