On the last day of every month, I check-up or evaluate my efforts towards my GOALS! You should try it so that you can make sure you are moving towards your goals.
Just ask yourself a few questions and evaluate your progress.
a) Did you reach your monthly GOAL(S)?
b) Did you PRACTICE self-care this month?
c) What type of SUPPORT do you need to be more productive?
d) What did you LEARN this month?
e) What are you GRATEFUL for?
This is a good exercise to perform, to make sure you are moving in the direction of your goals.
It will allow you to make adjustments if needed.
If nothing needs to be changed, use this time to reward yourself for a job well done!
