Make the most of your weekend and allow your mind and body to rest by taking a TIME OUT. Starting on Friday night to Saturday night, I make a conscience effort to relax, recharge, and renew myself. This is a special time of the week that I look forward to.
I do not shop, work, exercise, cook, or any form housework.
I have done this for so long that my body automatically gets in relaxed mode around this time during the week. I use this time to get extra rest, recharge my mind, and feed my spirit. I usually spend my time eating whole foods, drinking water, sleeping extra hours, reading, meditating, and writing down my thoughts.
All these tasks help me get prepared to tackle the week ahead.
