A key element to success is your environment! Surround yourself with people who can introduce you to new things and motivate you to go to the next level. The people should make you happy, make you laugh, help you when you're in need, and support you on your journey. Your support system, should genuinely want to inspire you to be a better person, motivate you to achieve your goals, empower you to make the changes, and cheer on your success. These people should be diverse in thoughts, age, background, and experience. When you surround yourself with people who are similar to you...it can inhibit your growth. You want to have a variety of discussions and healthy arguments too. Be open to soaking up knowledge, and differing perspectives to help elevate you to the next level!
