On the last day of every month, I check-up or evaluate my efforts towards my GOALS! If you are trying to loose weight, get a new job, get organized or saving money.
You should try it so that you can make sure you are moving towards your goals.
Just ask your self a few questions and evaluate your progress.
Here are some questions you can ask:
a) What have you learned?
b) What worked? What did not work?
c) Who do you need to connect with??
d) What are your next steps or goals going forward?
e) How will I reward myself?
This is a good exercise to perform, in order to make sure you are moving in the direction of your goals. It will give you an opportunity to make adjustments if needed. If nothing needs to be changed use this time to reward yourself for a job well done!
