Are you getting CLOSER?
On the first day of every month, I evaluate my efforts towards my GOALS!
Sit back, catch your breath, and reflect on this past month and everything that's happened as it relates to your goals!
You should get in the routine of doing this task to make sure you are moving towards your goals. Just ask your self a few questions and evaluate your progress.
Here are some questions you can ask:
a) What worked? What did not work?
b) Is there a task(s) that you need to breakdown into smaller pieces?
c) What do you need to learn or research?
d) What are your next steps or goals going forward?
e) How will I reward myself?
This is a good exercise to perform, in order to make sure you are moving in the right direction.
This will give you an opportunity to reflect on what you have accomplished thus far.
If nothing needs to be changed use this time to reward yourself for a job well done!
