Some of these darn diets, weight loss programs, and fitness challenges are HARD to follow. They are so rigid, restrictive, and too hard to maintain. So I decided to take a step back and do what I can to make a lifestyle change and not overly complicate the process.
My intention is not to be perfect, I just want to feel BETTER, look GREAT, know I'm HEALTHY, and rock any outfit that I CHOOSE. The best measure of progress is not reflected on the scale!
