Then take note of any CHALLENGES you may have faced.
Next think about (3) things you want to IMPROVE to get closer to your goals.
Then think about (2) things that went very WELL over the last 90 days.
Lastly, take note of (3) things you are GRATEFUL for.
This a good exercise to perform at the end of every quarter to make sure you are moving in the right direction towards your goals. It will give you time to reflect, celebrate, and make some adjustments if needed. If nothing needs to be changed take this time to express your gratitude and reward yourself for a job well done!
