Make the most of your weekend and allow your mind and body to rest! Starting on Friday night to Saturday night, I make a conscience effort to relax, recharge, and renew myself. This is a special time of the week that I look forward to. I do not shop, work, exercise, or cook. I also unplug from social media and refrain from doing any housework too. I've done this for so long that my body automatically gets in relaxed mode around this time during the week. I use this time to get some rest, recharge, and feed my spirit.
All of these tasks help me so that I can get prepared to tackle the following week.
It's the most important component of my self care!
