As you look back on the last 12 months, think about how far you’ve come. Life is full of peaks and valleys, so take time to REFLECT on them. As you recall the peaks; enjoy and celebrate your accomplishments. It could be losing 50lbs, getting a new job, starting a new fitness plan, or publishing a new article. Use these experiences as inspiration to set bigger goals and new aspirations. Lastly, take some time to reflect on the valleys/low points and look at those times as learning experiences.
