#6 Make it FUN: Find creative ways to encourage and reward yourself for doing a good job. Get your family and friends involved – use this time for bonding. Here are a few reward ideas: New exercise equipment, gym shoes, kitchen tools, cookbook, pedicure, or chair massage. Having someone or something to look forward to is very motivating.
