On the last day of every quarter, I check-up or evaluate my efforts towards my GOALS! You should try it too in order to make sure you are moving towards your goals. Just ask your self a few questions and evaluate your progress.
Here are some questions you can ask:
a) What have you accomplished in the last 30, 60, and 90 days?
b) What have you learned?
c) What worked? What did not work?
d) What are your next steps or goals going forward?
This is a good exercise to perform, in order to make sure you are moving in the direction of your goals. This will tell you what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong? It will give you an opportunity to make adjustments if needed. If nothing needs to be changed use this time to reward yourself for a job well done!
